Families love the mix of individual poses and the final holiday collage that brings it all together—ideal for Christmas cards, gifts, or keepsakes you’ll treasure year after year.
Booking Policy
1. Booking and Deposits Booking Confirmation: A session is confirmed once a non-refundable deposit is received. The remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot. Deposit Payment: Deposits can be paid via credit card, or bank transfer. Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Early booking is recommended to secure your preferred date and time. 2. Rescheduling and Cancellations Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule once without penalty if notice is given at least 48 hours before the session. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the session will incur a $20 rescheduling fee. Cancellations: If a session is canceled by the client, the deposit is non-refundable. If Studio J Photography cancels the session, the deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a future session. Weather Policy: Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost due to inclement weather. 3. Session Details Session Duration: Sessions start and end at the scheduled times. Arriving late will shorten the session time. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for arriving on time, dressed, and prepared for the session. Any specific requests or props should be discussed in advance. Additional Time: Extra time can be added to the session when available, subject to availability and additional fee. 4. Deliverables Proofs and Selection: A gallery of proofs will be available for viewing within 2 days after the session. Clients will select their favorite images for final editing, raw images will not be available for download. Final Images: Edited images will be delivered within 4-5 days after the selection is made. Format: Final images will be provided in high-resolution digital format. Prints and additional products can be ordered separately. 5. Rights and Usage Client Rights: Clients receive printing rights for personal use. Commercial use of the images requires a separate license. Studio Rights: Studio J Photography retains the copyright to all images and may use them for promotional purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing. 6. Liability Limitations: Studio J Photography is not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during the session. Clients are responsible for their personal safety and belongings. Equipment Failure: In the unlikely event of equipment failure, Studio J Photography will reschedule the session at no additional cost or issue full refund.
